Custom insole selection process
First, the technician will assess your foot to determine its size and potential limitations, helping to create the right custom insole for your cycling shoes.
After foot evaluation, the client sits on a special Retül Footbed chair, and the technician selects the shape of the insole to match the contours of the client's foot using the Retül molding tray.
The insole material is heated until it becomes flexible. Then, it is carefully placed in the tray where the client presses each part of the foot to mold the insole into the optimal shape.
Once the insole cools, it is trimmed and shaped to fit the client's shoes, just like the original insole.
After completing all the steps, the client receives their custom insoles and can immediately get on their bike to experience the comfort that starts from their feet.
