To achieve this goal, SRAM developed the DUB™ spindle as the universal piece that fits all bottom bracket standards. This means one oversized spindle compatible with every bottom bracket standard. It leads to better crankarm compatibility, protection against dirt, dust, and water, longer-lasting performance, and a stronger, smoother, simpler construction.
