UAB “Velonova” is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy describes what personal information we collect and how we use it.
Our primary purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and personalized experience while using our online store. This allows us to deliver information and functions that meet your needs and helps to customize our services to make them easier and faster to understand.
DEFINITIONS
Seller - UAB “Velonova,” legal entity code 304285457, VAT payer code LT100010284415, registered at Jurgio Baltrušaičio g. 1, LT-06120 Vilnius.
Velonova.lt/en - the online store located at https://www.velonova.lt/en.
User (buyer) - any natural or legal person who uses the online store to order or purchase goods.
Personal data - any information related to a natural person (data subject), whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined.
Personal data controller - velonova.lt/en.
Account - the result of a buyer’s registration on velonova.lt/en, creating an account that stores their personal data and order history.
Services - all services provided by velonova.lt/en to the buyer.
Third party - any natural or legal person other than the data subject, data controller, data processor, and persons authorized by the data controller or processor to process data directly.
Administrator - the person responsible for velonova.lt/en marketing.

- contact velonova.lt/en at info@velonova.lt to request account deletion.

PERSONAL DATA USAGE AND RETENTION
The user (buyer) authorizes velonova.lt/en to collect, manage, process, and store the buyer's personal data to the extent and for purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy and other velonova.lt documents.
The seller retains user (buyer) personal data only as long as necessary to achieve the specified purpose. Once the purpose is achieved, buyer personal data is deleted, except in cases where applicable laws require the seller to retain personal data for a legally prescribed period. After this period, personal data is deleted irretrievably.
Through internal organizational and technical measures, the seller ensures that the buyer's personal data submitted to velonova.lt/en is protected against unlawful actions: unauthorized modification, disclosure, or destruction, identity theft, fraud, and meets the level of personal data protection required by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

The user (buyer), whose personal data is processed by velonova.lt/en or the seller, has the following rights:

- to access their personal data and how it is processed;
- to request correction, destruction, or suspension of processing (except storage) of their personal data when data is processed in violation of the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other laws;
- to object to the processing of their personal data.
All specified data subject rights will be exercised after verifying the identity of the person requesting them. This can be done by following certain links provided in velonova.lt/en or in the seller's advertising materials.
The seller may restrict the data subject's rights in cases required by law to ensure the prevention, investigation, and identification of criminal offenses, breaches of service or professional ethics, and the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject or others.

The seller will respond to the buyer's request or instruction within 30 (thirty) calendar days and will take the specified actions or decline to do so. Upon the buyer's request, a written response will be provided.

FINAL PROVISIONS
This Privacy Policy is effective from December 12, 2022. The seller reserves the right to review and change the Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
