The tradition of "Wahooligan Day" at Velonova took place this year on October 12. One hundred cyclists gathered to ride together, enjoy the sunny autumn, learn about indoor training, and win gifts from Wahoo and partners.
As every year, participants of "Wahooligan Day" gathered ready for a gravel ride. The 45 km route led through scenic areas around Vilnius, which the "wahooligans" completed in two hours. Upon returning from the ride, participants were greeted with snacks, a review of the updated KICKR CORE Zwift trainer, and a presentation of the new "Apresport" brand, developed in Lithuania and Switzerland for muscle and joint care.
Velonova and event partners prepared gifts for all participants – everyone received a pair of cycling socks and took part in a prize wheel spin. Those who tested their luck shared "Silca" gifts for chain waxing, "Apresport" creams for muscle recovery, Velonova water bottles, sports nutrition, and other gifts, as well as the main prizes provided by Wahoo. This year, these included a TRACKR heart rate monitor, BOLT GPS computer, and KICKR CORE trainer.
