3T Bicycle Manufacturer – Values and Distinction

Behind the 3T factory are bicycle sport enthusiasts who, before starting their own bicycle brand, supplied bicycle components to other manufacturers for many years. Deciding to create their own bicycles, they did not restrain their ambitions – in 2016, they released their first aerodynamic gravel bike and became trendsetters in this field.

3T says they follow five main principles when creating bicycles: simplicity, transparency, exploration, passion, and sustainability. All this is reflected in the design of their bicycles – you will notice that 3T bicycle frames appear bulkier than those of other manufacturers, are painted in classic yet memorable colors, and have no unnecessary elements. Despite their bulky appearance, 3T bicycles are extremely light and exceptionally aerodynamic due to their maximally lowered center of gravity.

Types and Models of 3T Bicycles

Anyone looking at a 3T bicycle will immediately notice that 3T has two production lines: standard bicycles and the premium Made in Italy line. Standard 3T (like those of other manufacturers) bicycle frames are made in Asia from high-quality carbon fiber. Some of the frames made in Asia return to Italy for painting, where the 3T design team ensures the highest quality frame coating and eye-catching colors, which can be customized according to individual orders.

The Made in Italy line bicycles are born in the 3T factory located in Presezzo, where only nine bicycle frames are produced per day. The complex manufacturing process of these frames is based on handwork and extremely precise machine involvement – special devices weave carbon threads to create a unique frame shape. 3T Gravel Bikes

Gravel is the most developed segment of 3T bicycles, where you will find both economical options and top-class models. All 3T gravel bikes are maneuverable, fast, and comfortable.

• 3T Primo – as the Italian name suggests, this is the first 3T gravel model, demonstrating that a gravel bike can also be aerodynamic.
• 3T Ultra – a bike designed for those discovering the pleasure of riding on gravel but also enjoying city roads and sometimes going on bike tours.
• 3T RaceMax – one of the fastest gravel bike models on the market, allowing for road speeds on gravel. Some RaceMax bikes are made in Asia, while some belong to the Made in Italy line.
• 3T Extrema – gravel bikes made to order only in Italy, demonstrating all the manufacturer's craftsmanship. Unique design, integrated cables, and unmatched comfort on any road surface.

3T Road Bikes

For training and racing on the road, 3T created the Strada bike. This model first appeared in 2017 and amazed everyone with the possibility of equipping the Strada frame with wide (up to 30 mm) tires. Now, many manufacturers offer such a design. It seems this is another trend that 3T contributed to creating.

• 3T Strada Italia – the same beloved Strada, but made in the factory located in Italy and adorned with exclusive Italian painting.

3T Electric Bikes

3T turned their most popular bikes into electric ones for those who want to cover long distances comfortably and confidently. Here, the manufacturer also showed its innovation – 3T electric bikes hardly differ from standard models. Even with a battery, these bikes are extremely light – weighing from 12 kg.

• 3T Ultra Boost – reliable in the city and on gravel roads, the Ultra Boost is an ideal choice for those looking for a versatile and maneuverable electric bike. Extremely aerodynamic and comfortable, the bike can help you ride up to 150 km or up to 2000 m elevation gain on a single charge. For those wanting more – an additional battery is available.
• 3T RaceMax Boost – RaceMax is almost a perfect gravel bike, so 3T decided not to change anything, "just" to install an electric motor and battery inside the frame. 3T suggests: get the RaceMax Boost and ride to work with electric assistance without sweating, and then exercise on the way back home on a more interesting route. Not a bad idea.

3T Bicycle Prices

Since 3T only produces carbon fiber bicycles, all 3T models fall into the "higher price" segment. However, considering the quality of 3T bicycle frames and components, 3T prices are very competitive, starting from around 3 thousand euros. The price of each 3T bike consists of the frame price and the installed gear system – you can choose 3T with mechanical or electronic gears.
