How to choose a mountain bike?
When choosing a mountain bike, first consider where and how you will ride most often. For forest roads and easier trails, a simpler MTB may be sufficient, while more technical trails and rougher terrain place greater demands on suspension, brakes, tyres and bike geometry.
Once you know what type of riding you plan to do, you can narrow down your choice based on suspension type, frame and wheel size, and components. A more expensive MTB is not necessarily the right choice for everyone – what matters most is that the bike's design and components match your riding style.
