This “jacket” is the next evolutionary step for the ubiquitous thermal jersey. Its body features the same construction as our Winter Face Mask, a twinDeck model that stacks a breathable, moisture-managing, wind-cutting face fabric atop a soft, insulating inner material. Our patented Diffusor vents at the shoulders actively regulate body temperature when you’re digging deep in the drops and unzipping isn’t a viable option. When we write “regulate,” we don’t just mean by warming—when exertion ramps up, it’s easy to overheat, even in the cold, so our Diffusor tech shuttles air through to vent body heat and internal moisture as exhaust when needed.

- Push Pull: The main fabric is Assos-developed Push Pull warp-knit textile with high UV protection (UPF 50+). Highly breathable, this fine gauge knit with bi-stretch is quick drying and very comfortable.
- Rhombus: Skin-facing polypropylene terry with smooth jacquard, this textile features a 3D diamond net construction to promote airflow, wick moisture, and add an extra layer of insulation.
- twinDeck: Double-layer fabric construction boosts insulation using a combination of Push Pull and Rhombus textiles. Employed on the front panel and upper back.
- SONIC-SN: The sleeves are made with this highly elastic ribbed fabric, which creates a second-skin fit and features a brushed micro-sanded face for added thermal protection.
- Diffusor: An Assos-exclusive sewing construction that creates dual “valves” on the fronts of the shoulders, drawing in cool air for added ventilation.
- Double-Slider Zipper: Reversed camlock design, metal construction, with stabilizer tab at the top to facilitate one-handed operation.
- Triple Ramp Pockets: The storage design with three textile-lidded pockets optimally located for ease of access; color-coded and featuring a micro-perforated bonded tape for visibility.
